Hideaway is a pocket door framing kit suitable for plasterboard walls, created to hide sliding doors within a wall cavity. Hideaway is able to recover the space normally occupied by traditional hinged doors and is a simple but perfect solution for sliding pocket doors. The various accessories such as soft closing and hold open make it suitable for a wide range of applications around the home.
• Floor plate brackets and steel-wrapped studs nailed to pre-assembled header makes installation simple whilst providing maximum rigidity
• Keyhole slots in the track and unique hanger locking clip allows easy fitting and removal of the door if required
• No bottom channel needed providing a clear threshold, and no routing of underside of door for floor guide
• Smooth and quiet operation provided by nylon wheeled hangers
• Can be used for a single door or a pair of bi-parting doors (use one kit per door with a jointing kit)
• Can be cut down to suit door size
